Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No refund will be given until the item has been returned and inspected.
Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless under special circumstances.

There’s just no way the PDF Instructions can be returned because they are a digital item. Half the cost of our mods are wrapped up in time and research invested while creating the mods. That time cannot be replaced once the buyer has my Intellectual Property. Under special circumstances I may refund the items less $15 for the cost of the PDF instructions. I reserve that right based on each sell.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tvon@monteallums.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8799 Oak Grove Blvd., Olive Branch, MS 38654.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
