Concerning the BF-2 Flanger, the recap has had a huge effect! As you know, after the mod the pedal was not working very well, but now that it has been recapped, the pedal offers a well present & symmetrical sweep, the flange effect is back!

There has been a debate online, some people pretend that since there are no high voltages here & no continuous use of the pedals, there is no need to recap those old pedals.

My personal thought here is that those 30 years old pedals deserve the new electrolytic caps, especially when we upgrade their coupling caps, OpAmps...This is a matter of coherence here.
